Responsibilities
Design and develop engineering solutions based on project requirements and specifications
Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve existing processes
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
Prepare detailed documentation of engineering processes, designs, and specifications
Participate in project planning meetings and provide technical expertise as needed
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols
Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement within engineering practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required
Proficiency in engineering software tools and applications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
Familiarity with the concept of 'smash' as it relates to engineering processes or methodologies is desirable
