Responsibilities
Deliver timely and proactive financial advice to clients via phone call or email, addressing planning inquiries outside of formal meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate and manage client planning needs across the Operations department
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication and inquiries outside of in-person meetings
Establish and manage timelines for client-related action items within service platforms, including Salesforce, Orion, Moneyguide, and Holistiplan
Foster and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and personalized responses to inquiries and service requests
Share industry insights and internal research to keep clients informed on relevant updates
Qualification
Required
Series 65 (or Series 7 and Series 66)
Life & Health insurance license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
