Responsibilities

Accept and process note payments, new notes and renewed notes including data input to the system for multiple banks

Accurately and efficiently input new loans within Bank’s core loan system

Communicate effectively with customers in person and on the phone

Assist lending staff and backroom departments with loan related questions

Become familiar with our loan systems that you can be relied upon to recognize problems

Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures

Required

Communication and mathematical skills normally acquired by a high school graduate
