Lead and coach a high-performing team of licensed Financial Advisors to exceed sales and revenue goals

Drive growth strategies that expand our Private Wealth presence across multiple markets

Partner with bank leaders to deepen client relationships and move Mass Affluent clients into higher wealth segments

Collaborate with regional managers and bank executives to align sales campaigns, business development, and training

Champion a culture of compliance, ethics, and client-first service

Enhance brand visibility and community engagement within key markets

Integrate efforts across investments, trust, insurance, and legal to deliver holistic client solutions
