Starbird is a locally owned cannabis dispensary in Salem, MA, focused on providing good vibes and great service. They are seeking an SEO and Inbound Marketing Lead to build and execute an SEO strategy, create content, and design inbound funnels to enhance customer engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy to grow traffic and conversions via StarbirdSalem.com

Develop content calendars and write cannabis-compliant content (blogs, landing pages, product features, etc.)

Drive and optimize lead generation funnels (email/SMS capture, retargeting flows, loyalty initiatives)

Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

Collaborate on digital campaigns around education, product launches, and store events

Be a Registered Marijuana Agent in MA (or willing to become one — we’ll help)

Step in to support store operations during peak hours or staffing gaps

Maintain a solid understanding of our products, values, and customer service model

Potential to serve as shift support or backup budtender when required
