Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families
Demonstrates excellent clinical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Makes decisions consistent with Marshfield Clinic Health System policies, department protocols/guidelines, and the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act

Qualification

Registered Nurse LicenseBasic Life Support (BLS)Nursing experienceEffective communicationTeamworkLeadership skills

Required

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Registered Nurse License awarded by the applicable state or Nurse Compact License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire
Additional department-specific certifications, licenses, or memberships may be required (varies by department/location)
Affiliated staff privileges at associated hospital may be required (varies by department/location)

Preferred

Two years of nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire
