Engagement Manager, Pricing

Responsibilities
Lead discovery efforts and generate thorough analysis for client engagement
Produce high-quality deliverables and lead clients through the implementation of solutions
Apply expertise in pricing strategy to help clients optimize pricing models and revenue generation approaches
Analyze current pricing structures and benchmark against industry standards
Recommend pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience
At least 2 years of experience in Management Consulting
At least 5 years of pricing strategy experience
Experience in a variety of categories: a top-tier management consulting firm, private equity firm, or large enterprise clients
Functional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Customer Success, and Pricing Strategy
Expertise in developing and implementing pricing strategies, including value-based pricing, competitive pricing, and dynamic pricing models
Experience in the C-Suite or with VP-level executives, especially CROs, VP-Sales, CMO, VP-Marketing
Experience communicating complex ideas effectively to executive audiences
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, including the Board of Directors, utilizing executive-level written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills
Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional projects
Solid functional knowledge, within SBI's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including but not limited to strategy, business development, product development, project management, marketing, sales, and pricing optimization
MBA from a top business school
Ability to travel at least 20% - 40% of the time
