They are seeking a Technical Chief of Staff to oversee operations and coordinate projects within the engineering organization, acting as a key liaison between the CTO and engineers.

Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between management and engineers, ensuring clear communication
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams when needed
Troubleshooting engineering process issues, and optimizing the onboarding process for new team members
Owning and maintaining our developer documentation, ensuring clarity, comprehensiveness, and overall excellence
Being a thought partner for our product roadmap by collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and customers, bringing insights and highlighting developer needs
Contributing to newsletters, blog posts, and release notes to keep our audience informed about new features and product updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
Background as an engineer, or in a cross-functional technical role such as a technical product manager at an early-stage company
Experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder-facing role
Experience writing code, either professionally or as a hobby/side project
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including networking, security, and automation
Experience with Go, NextJS, ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), Chakra UI, RESTful APIs, Git
Experience with developing applications in Typescript/Javascript, Python, and/or Go
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Strong product sense and ability to think critically about prioritization
Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Self-motivated and autonomous, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
Preferred
