Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters, following safety and quality guidelines
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively and efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers, providing explanations and recommendations
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless job completion
Document all work performed accurately and submit reports as required
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards
Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in a professional and organized manner
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Must be 24 years or older
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Clear a background check
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Pass a pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position, which will include cannabis screening
Preferred
Prior plumbing experience preferred
Service Titan and Nexstar experience is a plus
Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
