Responsibilities
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement across departments
Support the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization
Help document current processes and develop updated workflows or standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvement initiatives
Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency and innovation
