Responsibilities

Research and optimization agentic flows to solve complex problems

Participate in PoCs using bleeding edge technologies to empower our product

Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) service to improve the consistency and quality of our pipelines

Fine tune LLMs to optimize accuracy and cost

Qualification

Required

Strong AI Applied Researcher with experience building complex AI applications

Experience with NLP, ML algorithms

Experience contributing to research projects from PoC stage to production

Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done

Experience using LLMs / Deep Learning models - Advantage
