Responsibilities

Work remotely and independently to deliver client programming and communication through our innovative tools

Thrive in a competitive and performance based environment measured on your ability to retain clients

Collaborate with a diverse group of peers within your team and receive guidance from your direct manager

Have the option participate in team and company-wide meetings to align with company objectives and goals

Demonstrate exceptional written and on-camera communication skills as you guide your clients to define goals, get the most out of your programming, and uncover opportunities for progress

Develop effective, engaging fitness programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives

Utilize a variety of features and strategies to provide your clients with the guidance, accountability, and motivation they need to push past plateaus and achieve results

Stay organized in order to proactively anticipate client needs

Follow Future’s Standards of Performance to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for each client

Required

Exceptional written and on-camera communication skills

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sport Science, Sport Psychology, Kinesiology, Health, and Wellness or a related field

1+ years of relevant experience in coaching or training with elite professional and collegiate athletes or in a general population setting
