The Shipping and Receiving Associate will support the fulfillment process by executing tasks related to picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy and contributing to team performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Execute in-house fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and on time

Support the receiving process by checking incoming shipments against purchase orders and properly storing inventory

Participate in regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels

Follow quality standards as outlined by the Quality Management System (QMS)

Contribute to team KPIs including on-time delivery and picking accuracy targets

Identify and suggest improvements to warehouse processes and organization

Maintain accurate system data, including inventory levels, bin locations, and lot tracking

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist with additional warehouse operations as needed
