Responsibilities

Lead a group of Runway's Applied ML Research team
Drive the executions for new applied research projects
Manage and enable other researchers to develop state-of-the-art research
Oversee the transition from research into production in collaboration with the engineering organization
Initiate and work on projects with the Product team that deliver clear user value

Required

4+ years of industry experience as a research scientist in multimodal, generative audio and proven experience leading projects

Experience in translating product and business objectives into technical strategies
Deep interest in productionizing state of the art ML research
