Responsibilities

Maintain the interior and exterior of the following areas of the property: Office, Clubhouse, Models, Vacant units, Laundry rooms, Other common areas (assist with grounds and/or vacuum landings as requested)

Clean all aspects to prepare the vacant unit including appliances, bathrooms, glass, etc. Other than steam cleaning, the unit should be ready for move-in

Tidy “ready” vacant units that have been ready for over one week by dusting, vacuuming, and freshening

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Request re-ordering needed supplies from the Service Manager. Ensure proper use of all supplies
