Experience in Government Technology: Technologists with expertise in delivering civic technology at the state and/or federal level

Experience in Public Policy & Research: Advocates and policy experts who understand the intersection of technology, criminal justice reform, and legislative change

Experience in Partnerships & Growth: Relationship builders who can engage with government agencies, funders, and mission-aligned organizations

Experience in Product & Engineering: Software engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers who can build and scale user-centered tech solutions

Experience in Operations & Implementation: Logistics specialists, account managers, or IT deployment experts who can bring new facilities online and ensure smooth implementation
