Midi Health is on a mission to revolutionize healthcare for women at midlife. They are seeking passionate full-time Nurse Practitioners to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions.

Responsibilities

Guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care
Provide quality visits designed to allow time to listen, educate, and personalize care
Utilize evidence-based protocols combining hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication when appropriate
Support patients by providing labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
Collaborate with a team of clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders
Participate in continuous learning through weekly clinical education

Nurse Practitioner licensePrescriptive authorityNational board certificationTechnology proficiencyIndependent decision makingPassion for women's health

Required

Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state
Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
Minimum 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
High proficiency and efficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools)
A strong passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions

Preferred

Multiple state licenses are highly preferred
