Little Otter is a childhood mental health company that focuses on the mental health of young children and their parents. They are seeking Part-Time pediatric clinical therapists to provide high-quality, evidence-based tele-therapy to children ages 0-14 and their families through their digital platform.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based tele-therapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc
Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting

Qualification

Licensed MarriageFamily TherapistLicensed Clinical Social WorkerLicensed Professional Clinical CounselorEvidence-based therapyTele-therapyPassion for mental healthComfortable with technologyCollaboration

Required

Masters level therapists independently licensed in California, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care
Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!
