Salesforce Specific: Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing Specialists), Service Cloud Gurus (including Service Cloud Voice and Field Service), Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Slack, MuleSoft, CRMA/Tableau, Agentforce (+ other AI capabilities)
AWS Specific: Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Amazon Q, Bedrock (+ more to come!)
