Responsibilities
Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
Manage high-level client communications and ensure alignment on campaign goals
Lead a team of account managers and associates, providing guidance and support
Oversee influencer sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, ensuring appropriate rates and compelling content
Manage campaign budgets, track performance, and optimize strategies to maximize results
Oversee reporting efforts, analyzing key performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations
Assist in new business efforts (represent brand influencer team on kick-off calls, assist with custom proposals, manage client communication, etc.)
Work cross-departmentally with social media, creative, and content teams to implement marketing campaigns and activations
Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep clients ahead of the curve
Qualification
Required

Education: Bachelor's (preferred) or equivalent experience required
Preferred
Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or talent relations
1+ years of management experience
3+ years of client-facing communication experience
Proficient in influencer marketing platforms and contract negotiations
Hands-on experience with campaign analytics and KPI tracking to develop actionable insights
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong knowledge of all major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
