Responsibilities

Manage and optimize SEM campaigns, including budget allocation, bid adjustments, creative optimization, keyword expansions, and managing negative keywords

Lead the charge in scaling paid digital channels, ensuring efficient acquisition costs and maximizing ROI

Relentless pursuit of growth through well designed AB tests with flawless execution

Identify target audiences, craft compelling messaging, and design offers to enhance the effectiveness of paid social media campaigns

Work closely with the Product Team and other marketers to develop promotional campaigns and offers, aligning with holiday schedules and business seasonality

Provide creative ideas to boost authentic follower engagement and interaction across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Assist with various aspects of CRM, including the design and implementation of email journeys, blasts, and push notifications
