Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor
Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team
Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs
Maintain a hygienic environment
Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors
Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed
Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents
Qualification
Required
