Responsibilities
Educate AI: Review AI-generated creative writing outputs, providing feedback on narrative structure, character development, and storytelling techniques
Problem Solving: Use your expertise to help AI reason through challenges in creative writing, including plot development, dialogue creation, and theme exploration
Red Teaming: Identify any biases or inaccuracies in the AI’s creative outputs. Develop tests to ensure the AI generates high-quality and compelling narratives
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Creative Writing or a related field
Native-level proficiency in creative writing
Strong writing skills with excellent English-language spelling and grammar
A critical eye and ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text
Professional writing experience as an author, editor, or in related roles
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts
