Assisting with reviews and promotions
Determining attorney salaries and billing rates
Making recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of extensive Labor & Employment experience
Familiarity with all stages of litigation
Ability to represent and grow an individual caseload (primarily cases in pre-litigation)
Experience supervising and managing the productivity of associate attorneys
Experience recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and developing associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Ability to assist with reviews and promotions
Ability to determine attorney salaries and billing rates
Must be licensed and in good standing in California
