TimelyCare is a digital health service provider focused on mental health counseling for college students. They are seeking licensed clinical therapists in Indiana to provide therapy and support, collaborate on treatment plans, and guide students to other services as necessary.

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population

Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record

Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session

Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed

Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics

Work with the student/client to establish and develop treatment goals and document accordingly

Utilize active listening skills and evidence based modalities (SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT) in order to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress student/client care

Submit appropriate documentation in the EHR (the TimelyCare platform) in a punctual manner

Prepared to adapt to the changing needs of the population we serve

Able to remain calm and maintain composure during a potential high stress scenario

Respond with empathy, professionalism, and meet clients where they are at

Model respectful conduct with all students, peers, and support staff

Required

Active State License(s) in Indiana, specifically

Strong clinical writing, assessment, and active listening skills

Clear and thorough clinical writing

Skilled in clinical writing, crisis intervention, and safety/treatment planning

Experienced providing therapeutic services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, or have worked in a community mental health, crisis support, or a college counseling environment
