Responsibilities
Answer or make calls or resolve cases through any of the available channels, whether by phone, email, chat, etc
Detect the mood of the client to empathize; consciously and actively listen/read to put yourself in the customers shoes and efficiently generate an appropriate response or solution according to company policies and procedures
Learn and reason these policies and procedures in such a way that he becomes the expert that any Oportun internal and external client wants to contact to obtain the best advice or solution
Provide high standards of quality and excellence in service, being friendly, taking responsibility for their actions but above all demonstrating Oportun's values in their interactions with Clients and in their professional relationships with their colleagues
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience or skills in Customer Service, sales or collections
Pc management
Internet browsing and office basic-intermediate Knowledge
Minimal educational level required: 9th grade (Middle School with certificate or evidence of completion.)
Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
