Responsibilities

Demonstrate a wide-ranging experience, use in-depth professional concepts, knowledge and insights to develop, apply and resolve complex problems across multiple axes in creative and effective ways

Be adept at designing and building solutions that are easily maintainable and extensible for future functionality

Drive work independently, lead or significantly contribute to medium-to-large projects or processes, usually multi-person interdepartmental or cross-functional projects, including leading from end-to-end with little oversight and coordinating activities of other team members

Be capable of breaking down large projects into smaller tasks, and accurately estimating the time and scope of projects. Articulate effectively the different options considered, analyze trade-offs, justify and recommend priorities

Ensure that knowledge is shared among the team and do not position yourself or others as a single point of failure

Monitor the development of the company objectives and/or trends that may affect its capacity to succeed

Mentor and guide others on the team within their area of specialization or domain, and help others understand the strategic goals of Anchorage and how your work relates to these

Communicate outside team boundaries to solve problems, network with other teams, and establish positive working relationships in other disciplines and domains

Are able to work in a fast-paced agile software environment, and able to context switch between multiple simultaneous tasks
