Required

Bachelor's degree (Master's Preferred) in environmental/civil engineering, environmental science, hydrology, water resource policy, or related field, or a minimum of 8 years' experience
Minimum 4 years in water resources or related field
Working knowledge of hydrology and water quality modeling and geospatial analysis of hydrologic datasets
Working knowledge of ArcGIS tools and their application, including geospatial analysis of both vector and raster datasets and fidelity in accurate processing
Proven experience processing and analyzing large data sets
Understanding of stormwater management & capture, green infrastructure, etc
Proficient technical writing skills and ability to translate complex findings into graphics

Preferred

Experience using Python or other coding system for automating large geospatial tasks and data set processing
