Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support AV/UC infrastructure

Integrate and support all audiovisual systems, including meeting rooms, live event spaces, IPTV/digital signage, and media suites

Provide exceptional technical expertise, troubleshooting directly with end users

Collaborate closely with internal Engineering and Infrastructure teams to fulfill technical needs of AV projects

Develop scopes of work, meet critical milestones, and conduct document reviews

Communicate effectively with both internal and external teams

Required

8+ years of experience in a similar role

Able to multitask and manage competing priorities

Possess a track record of project delivery, from concept phase to client handover

Driven to plan and organize projects and schedule packages of work

Experienced with Crestron, NDI, Shure, QSC and Dante technologies, as well as Cisco video conferencing solutions

Have an understanding of networking fundamentals (i.e., VLANs, subnetting, basic routing and other network functions)

Experienced with designing and supporting AV-heavy spaces such as meeting rooms, classrooms, auditoriums/lecture halls and recreation spaces

Comfortable assisting with the technical production and hands-on support of events

Accomplished in providing excellent in-person and remote support with tools like Zoom, Webex, etc

Willing and able to travel to other offices as needed
