New Grad, Entry LevelLanguage Services Associates, Inc. is dedicated to facilitating language communication through advanced technology. They are seeking a Korean International Telephonic/Video Remote Interpreter to interpret through a web-based system, assist clients, and provide superior customer service.
Translation Service
Responsibilities
Interpret through web-based system
Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
Assist clients with basic troubleshooting (refer to manager or IT department if necessary)
Provide superior customer service
Qualification
Required
Full fluency in both English and Korean
Maintain (as applicable) compliance with any national, state, or local licensing and/or certification requirements
Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
Attention to detail, while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Professional and positive phone manner with clients from all types of businesses
Preferred
Familiarity working in a windows environment
Experience with VRI systems
PC Trouble shooting skills
Previous interpreting experience
