Responsibilities

Taking qualified inbound leads—but not waiting around for them
Proactively following up, reactivating past leads, and managing your pipeline daily
Owning your number: building momentum, identifying bottlenecks, and driving revenue
Running a consultative, high-integrity sales process that reflects the caliber of our clients
Collaborating with the founder and marketing team to increase conversion and performance
Maintaining calendar flexibility to meet prospects when they’re available—this means being open to evening and weekend calls if that’s when buyers are ready to move

Required

Have closed high-ticket coaching or consulting ($8K–$20K+) or were a top-performing corporate AE ready to do work that matters

Know that sales opportunities don't live in 9-to-5 boxes, and you're flexible enough to close when the prospect is ready
