They are seeking a General Contractor to assess project scopes, create bids, and complete home modifications to enhance safety and accessibility for older adults and high-needs populations.

Responsibilities

Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids based on home modification needs

Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives

Complete high-quality home modifications, including but not limited to: Grab bar and rail installations, Walk-in shower and bathroom modifications, Ramps and stairlifts, Widening doorways

Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines when applicable

Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule
