Senior Business Development Manager, Heat Pump (Europe)

They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Heat Pump market in Europe, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through strategic initiatives and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities
Provide business development support to sales network across Europe (and US) in the Heat Pump Market
Provide technical insights from industrial heat pump applications to support the development and marketing introduction of PX G (Pressure Exchange Device)
Attending customer meetings with R&D team to discuss technical development and application
Manage business development efforts including pipeline tracking, sales forecasting, and bookings
Promote industrial heat pump solutions and products, driving market growth and customer engagement
Define and implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership and the marketing team to drive business growth and market positioning
Collaborate with sales leadership to define and optimize strategies to streamline the sales process and drive performance improvements
Qualification
Required
Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical or Equivalent)
10+ years' experience in business development or field sales within the industrial heat pump market
Strong understanding of client requirements/tender specifications, with the ability to develop concept solutions for CO2 and ammonia heat pump systems
In-depth technical knowledge of various heat pump applications, including district heating and food & beverage sectors
Strong commercial background with ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals for customers
Skilled in delivering technical presentations and solutions to consultants, contractors and end users
Proven track record of working with technical products and B2B customers
Familiarity with the European market, with the ability to develop business opportunities and create/maintain relationships with customers and consultants
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Multilingual proficiency in English plus one or more of the following: Spanish, French, Italian, or German
