Responsibilities
Lead and scale Virtasant’s global Technology Operations practice, overseeing technical strategy, service delivery, team management, and innovation
Develop and implement technology operations solutions across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and site reliability engineering
Collaborate closely with Virtasant leadership, sales, delivery, and product teams to align the Technology Operations offerings with business objectives
Provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership for client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of technical operations specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence
Stay current on emerging cloud technologies and operational methodologies, proactively bringing innovation to Virtasant’s service offerings, particularly in the areas of automation and artificial intelligence
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, SRE, or DevOps, including substantial experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven track record implementing and leading technology operations solutions, especially within professional services or consulting contexts
Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation tools, CI/CD practices, monitoring, and incident response
Demonstrated experience building and leading global, distributed technical teams
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving results with minimal oversight
