Responsibilities

Help close the gender health gap by guiding women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care
Provide meaningful, individualized care during appointments
Schedule clinician hours between 7AM - 7PM in the patient’s local time zone
Complete weekend shifts after completing 80 hours of weekday patient-facing care

Qualification

Nurse Practitioner licensePrescriptive authorityNational board certificationProficiency with technologyIndependent decision makingPassion for women's health

Required

Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state
Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
High level of proficiency and efficiency with technology (telehealth, EMRs, communication tools)
A strong, demonstrated passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions

Preferred

Multiple state licenses highly preferred
