They are seeking a Crypto Operations Associate who will be responsible for monitoring customer activity, managing operational tasks, and supporting the Anti-Money Laundering Program.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for the daily monitoring and surveillance of all customer activity
Primary responsibility for daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management functions
Cryptocurrency trading executions and exceptions (errors, corrections, etc.)
Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval
Review of general ledger accounts, identify and reconcile account discrepancies
Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations that result from suspected suspicious activity
Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies and tools
Clearly communicate with internal and external partners in an effective, tactical, and insightful manner
Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required

3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading or cryptocurrency operations role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with cryptocurrency, or strong desire to learn
Work effectively and supportively within a team environment as well as work independently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must possess the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment
Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of new responsibilities
