Remote Accounting Manager (Client Services)

Responsibilities
You will drive client value through your effective execution of our standard delivery model and in alignment with our 6 C’s framework
You will implement best practices, streamline processes and implement technology where appropriate to maximize the value for your clients
You will maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for your client relationships to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and effective client coverage across the team
You will foster strong relationships with your owned client relationships
You will provide consistent, responsive support, and apply an open, curious mindset to best anticipate and address the needs of your clients
You will escalate to your team leader any unfamiliar requests or requirements and ideas on how to best deliver continual value
You will collaborate with your team members and across the franchise network to identify and bring solutions to optimize on your clients’ financial operations solutions in support of their unique requirements and effective client coverage
You will take ownership in learning and adopting our client delivery model, and understanding and adoption of our purpose, mission and 6 C’s framework
Your success is dependent on contributing to your clients and team in a manner that is consistent with our model and values
You will demonstrate a growth mindset, regularly reflecting on your work, seeking and implementing feedback, and adapting your approach based on guidance from management
You will serve as a member of your team and the Client Delivery organization as a whole
You will work closely with other team members to achieve the overall Client Delivery team’s objectives
This includes sharing of best practices and identifying and collaborating on ideas to improve on our client delivery operations
You will provide your leader with insight into the health of your client relationships, flagging early indicators of risks to your clients’ success and providing recommended paths for resolution
You will partner with your team leader to address and resolve issues identified within your assigned client relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
5+ years of progressive experience in accounting
Deep understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, processes and technologies
A passion for operational excellence: Brings enthusiasm and a commitment to finding better ways forward
Creative problem-solving skills: Needed for tackling complex projects and process improvements
