Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable Ruby on Rails applications

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using the API first paradigm to design and implement APIs

Ensure the application is optimized for speed, reliability, and scalability

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver features that meet user needs

Mentor other developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and push to strive for high-quality code standards

Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust software performance

Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security issues, and system limitations

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
