Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, following safety and quality guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining system issues and solutions
Document all services performed accurately
Participate in ongoing training and development
Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in a professional manner
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Must be 24 years or older
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Clear a background check
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
EPA certification and understanding of safety standards
Apprentice or Journeyman License
Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
