Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and best-in-class integration tools
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify integration needs and provide scalable solutions
Work with various data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL) to ensure seamless data flow between integrated systems
Write and maintain technical documentation for APIs, integrations, and middleware solutions to improve developer onboarding and experience
Create clear and concise integration guides, best practices, and troubleshooting resources for internal and external developers
Develop and maintain automated test cases for integrations to ensure reliability and stability in complex systems
Implement monitoring and validation processes to proactively detect and resolve integration issues
Analyze, debug, and resolve integration issues efficiently
Stay up to date with the latest integration technologies, patterns, and middleware solutions to improve efficiency and performance
Work closely with support teams to address developer pain points and improve integration processes

Required

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, C#, etc
Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation for APIs, integrations, or software products
Strong understanding of integration patterns, including REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, and middleware solutions
Experience in writing and maintaining automated test cases for complex systems
Ability to work with SQL, NoSQL, and other data storage solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to practical integration scenarios

Preferred

Experience with API gateways, event-driven architectures, or message queues
Familiarity with developer tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing platforms
Previous experience working in a developer experience or integrations-focused role
