Treasury Operations Specialist

As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you will support the Treasury team in monitoring and maintaining the company's liquidity and financing operations, producing reports, managing cash flow, and assisting with compliance processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in the production of monthly servicer reports for outstanding securitization transactions and bank credit facilities

Create daily internal treasury reports that cover liquidity, interest expense, bank commitments, and related metrics

Process the daily allocation of monies from master collection accounts to separate financing collection accounts

Produce and submit daily borrowing requests to banking partners

Assist in the preparation of short and medium-term liquidity forecasts

Provide support to quarterly and annual compliance and reporting processes, and work with third party auditors during their annual review of treasury operations

Assist in resolving funding and contract exceptions with other departments

Required

Minimum of bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering, or a related field required

Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts required

Strong analytical, problem solving, data gathering, and analysis skills required

Strong Excel skills required

High level of intellectual curiosity required including the inclination and ability to understand the drivers of financial results and the overall financial picture of the organization

High level of professional maturity; verbal and written communication skills necessary to interact with senior management required

Strong drive, ambition, and self-motivation; ‘self-starter' with the ability to independently resolve day-to-day issues

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

Team player that can adapt in a fast paced and changing environment

Commitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies

Preferred

Basic knowledge least one computer coding language (VBA, SQL) preferred
