Responsibilities
Own and manage the full UAT lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and final approval
Lead test strategy development, test case creation, and regression suite design aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to ensure acceptance criteria is achieved
Document and communicate test results, traceability matrices, and defect logs using JIRA and Octane
Participate in review sessions with business users and technology teams to validate functionality and gather feedback
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or software testing in financial services or enterprise systems
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Proficiency in JIRA, Octane, and SQL
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle OBPM, FCUBS, and OBLM is a plus
