5+ years expOxford Global Resources is seeking a Senior VoIP Engineer to lead operations and management of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) environments across a multi-enclave infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing voice and video services across all RKB tenant agencies, with responsibilities including administering CUCM clusters, troubleshooting voice-related issues, and ensuring STIG compliance.

Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and optimize CUCM clusters and associated voice/video infrastructure
Design, configure, and deploy VoIP hardware/software upgrades
Maintain accurate and current VoIP documentation (e.g., diagrams, configurations, deployment plans)
Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues, including after-hours support as needed
Ensure STIG compliance and vulnerability remediation for voice services
Provide subject matter expertise for RKB agencies and interface with vendors as required
Conduct preventative maintenance and operational readiness checks on VoIP components
Stay current with emerging technologies in voice and video communications
Support additional tasks as directed by OSC and Government stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in telecom/VoIP environments, including 3+ years with Cisco CUCM (v10.5+)
CCNP Collaboration or successful CLCOR exam completion
Experience with Cisco Unity, Presence, Emergency Responder, and UCCX
Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, SCCP, MGCP, H.323, PSTN, DSN)
Experience integrating VoIP with external SIP providers and IPv4 routing
DoD 8570 IAT-II or IAM-II certification (e.g., Security+, CASP+, CISSP)
VoIP: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Quantico, VA 22135 (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field
