Responsibilities

Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier enterprise sellers
Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and execution
Drive pipeline creation across outbound, inbound, and partner channels
Lead with data—forecast accurately, manage KPIs, and optimize performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, tools, and enablement
Champion change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Hire and develop frontline leaders who model excellence
Recruit and retain sellers who can generate and close enterprise business
Implement scalable, repeatable sales motions
Lead the team to deliver on large deal motion and enterprise selling
Manage leader execution and frontline management cadence
Ensure sales enablement and onboarding effectiveness
Oversee prospecting and pipeline generation
Facilitate sales call execution and deal progression
Enhance product knowledge and competitive fluency
Drive sales leadership development
Grow strategic partnerships and channel growth
Encourage cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Product

Required

10+ years of sales leadership experience, including 4+ years in outbound sales and 5+ years in SaaS

Experience leading turnaround or high-growth sales environments
Bachelor's or master's degree in a business-related field
