Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is a leading sports and entertainment company in the U.S. seeking a part-time Game Night Staff/Street Team member for their Youth Hockey Development Department. The role involves serving as a brand ambassador, coordinating hockey events, and supporting community outreach initiatives to promote youth hockey.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Washington Capitals brand ambassador in the greater D.C. community and surrounding areas

Coordinate and participate in various street hockey and hockey school events

Support Street Caps hockey clinics in the community including instructing both youth and adults

Attend and run community hockey programs

Represent the Capitals at local community fairs, festivals, and grassroots events

Assist in the planning and execution of various women's hockey growth initiatives

Plan and implement various on-ice clinics and youth hockey events

Support with organizing and leading the Caps Street Team

Participate in all off-ice hockey clinics and events

Assist in execution of youth hockey programming at Capitals home games

Other duties as assigned

Required

Proficient ice hockey skating & playing experience required

Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Organized, able to prioritize and problem solve in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Outgoing, friendly, and able to positively interact with a passionate sports fan base

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on event schedule

Preferred

Ice hockey coaching or instructing experience preferred
