Responsibilities

Provide various engineering and project management duties related to evaluating, designing, and constructing projects

Assist with developing the project scope and schedule, project documentation, and reviewing shop drawings

Types of wastewater projects typically include piping extensions and rehabilitation, new pump stations and rehabilitation, treatment plant rehabilitation for various types of treatment processes, and new treatment plant projects

Travel may be needed to job sites for observation in all types of terrain and weather conditions, as well as project sites in various stages of construction

Opportunities to mentor younger or less experienced staff may be available along with client relations

Required

Strong communication skills

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

At least 10 years of related water/wastewater experience

Registered Professional Engineer required

Experience in AutoCAD or other related software experience

Experience with modeling software
