Responsibilities
Experience designing RF ICs, ideally at 20-40 GHz or higher, which integrate large parts or all off the signal chain on a chip, especially for phased arrays
Ideal if they understand SOC, including the analog, digital and SW elements that the RF interfaces with in the chip
Need strong EMSIM, Simulation and test skills
Qualification
Required
BSEE or better with 5-10 years or more
Experience designing RF ICs, ideally at 20-40 GHz or higher, which integrate large parts or all off the signal chain on a chip, especially for phased arrays
Understand SOC, including the analog, digital and SW elements that the RF interfaces with in the chip
