Responsibilities
Help drive the firm’s long-term direction and growth, evaluating complex business questions and leading ambitious, collaborative projects
Conduct rigorous research and analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods, design and implement commercial initiatives, and help shape the firm’s interactions with external partners and audiences
Contribute your unique perspective to develop and implement recommendations that drive innovation and enhance our operations, while building skills and relationships that will help shape your career
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree is required
One to five years of experience
Demonstrated track record of success in academic and professional endeavors
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking abilities
Highly analytical approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple projects
Motivation to learn
Interest in taking on new challenges
Preferred
Previous finance knowledge or experience is not required
