Phynetdermatology is a dermatology practice seeking a Master Aesthetician to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend tailored treatments to enhance skin health. The role involves conducting aesthetic treatments, educating clients, managing treatment records, and performing clinical procedures while ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced medical aesthetics
Educate clients about available treatments and options for skin improvement
Follow up with clients regarding their treatments, promotional opportunities, new services, events, and other practice offerings
Maintain accurate client treatment records, contact information, and follow-up details using the patient management system
Monitor and manage supply inventory, placing orders as necessary
Perform clinical procedures, including but not limited to:
PDT Blue Light therapy
Excimer Laser treatments
NBUVB Phototherapy
CoolSculpting
Chemical peels
Handle administrative tasks such as initiating prior authorizations, notifying clients of treatment approvals and financial responsibilities, and scheduling appointments
Ensure consistent attendance and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid Aesthetician license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
0–1 year of experience in a dermatology or spa environment preferred
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with the services provided
Conduct aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced medical aesthetics
