They are seeking a dependable, energetic, and creative Activities Coordinator to lead therapeutic and recreational programming for youth in treatment, ensuring safety and engagement through skill-based group activities.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and lead therapeutic, life-skills, and recreational activities for adolescent clients
Encourage participation in group activities
Supervise and ensure safety during all scheduled programming
Reinforce treatment goals through structured engagement and positive interaction
Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to support individualized treatment plans
Accurately document attendance, behavior, and participation
Maintain appropriate boundaries and demonstrate empath without enabling
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualification
Required
Must be 19 years or older
High school diploma or GED (required)
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Ability to stay calm, set boundaries, and respond compassionately under pressure
Preferred
Experience in behavioral or mental health settings (preferred)
